LC Series Update: New 8L Size Now Available

Nanjing Shuishan Technology Co., Ltd. announces the expansion of its LC Series small plastic buckets for food storage and packaging with a newly launched 8L capacity. Previously, the LC Series was available up to 6L—the new 8L size extends the range to support larger portions, family-size packs, and higher-throughput foodservice applications while keeping the same trusted LC performance.

Why the new 8L LC Pail

Food brands and processors are increasingly looking to standardize packaging across multiple use scenarios—filling, cold-chain distribution, retail display, and household reuse. The new 8L (approx. 2.11 US gal / 270.5 US fl oz) LC pail gives customers a larger format option without changing their packaging platform, lid experience, or quality expectations.

Built for the full temperature chain

The LC Series is manufactured in food-grade PP (polypropylene), BPA-free, and made from virgin material. It supports a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, making it suitable for:

• Freezing & cold-chain transportation

• Steam sterilization

• Microwave reheating (application-dependent; customers are advised to validate use conditions)

Secure sealing + visible tamper evidence

LC pails are designed to help reduce leakage risks and strengthen consumer confidence:

• Strong sealing performance for storage and distribution

• Easy open/close usability for end users

• Tamper-evident lid with “OPEN” latch for clear, visible integrity

Verified before it leaves the factory

To ensure stable delivery performance, LC pails are tested prior to shipment, including:

• Sealing tests

• Drop tests

• Stacking (compression) tests

With the new addition, LC Series capacity options now include 300ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1L, 1.5L, 2L, 2.5L, 3L, 4L, 5L, 6L, and 8L.

• Customization services: custom colors, labels, silk screen printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing, and IML (in-mold labeling)
