Our factory is located in Nanjing, China, a very beautiful historical city. It takes about 30mins by speed train from Shanghai Airport to our city. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory anytime.

lf l need my own size or shape?
We need to make new moulds for you, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach what we required.

Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples for you to test, you are more than welcome to request samples from us. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.

How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 2~5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 5~10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.But we will arrange production and transportation for you as soon as possible.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept various payment methods including T/T. LC,DP, DA .
Payment <$5000, 100% TT in advance.
Payment ≥$5000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.

How the goods are delivered to me?
For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder (FOB price). Or if you don’t have one, we can quote you CIF price.

What are typical applications?
Liquid filling, storage and transport (water samples, buffers, reagents, oils; verify compatibility); choose amber/black for light-sensitive contents; HDPE is suitable for low-temperature handling and field sampling.

Do you offer free samples and how is freight handled?
Free samples are available; freight is negotiable based on destination, service level and weight/volume.

Do you supply UN-approved configurations and what tests are involved?
Yes—UN-approved options are available. Typical tests include drop, stacking, hydrostatic/pressure, leakproofness and vibration, with proper marking/closure instructions per regulations.

Are bottles supplied sterile?
Non-sterile by default; choose irradiated supply or sterilize on your side (typical steam conditions: 121 °C, ≥15 psi, ≥30 min).

What are the practical temperature and chemical limits?
HDPE offers very good resistance to many acids/bases/alcohols; PP provides higher heat tolerance for workflows involving autoclaving. Always verify with your media.

Are amber/black versions suitable for light-sensitive contents?
Yes—amber/black bottles reduce UV transmission; many products state compliance with USP light-transmission criteria for light-resistant containers.

How reliable is the leak-tightness with a linerless closure?
The linerless inner-ring PP closure is a widely used lab design; major brands claim leak-proof performance when properly closed and validated (e.g., inversion tests).

Do you offer sterile supply?
Standard supply is non-sterile. We offer paid gamma/e-beam sterilization.

Can transparent PP be autoclaved? What about HDPE?
Transparent PP is autoclavable at 121 °C; HDPE is not recommended for steam autoclaving—use gamma/e-beam instead.
