Yes, we are. We have our own factory and international Trade Department. We produce our own products allby ourselves.

Our factory is located in Nanjing, China, a very beautiful historical city. It takes about 30mins by speed train from Shanghai Airport to our city. You are warmly welcome to visit our factory anytime.

We have a rigorous quality control process and all our products undergo rigorous testing and certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. We have all relevant certifications available upon request.

Yes, we reach global stands in production like BSCI, GRS, ISO 900, FSSC 22000, SQP and FDA certificate. 

Absolutely, our factory support OEM&ODM, we offer IML printing, silk screen printing, heat transfer printing and label design service, ensuring your brand-specific needs are catered to. 

We need to make new moulds for you, and this will cause tooling cost but it can be refunded after order qty reach what we required. 
We have a professional R & D and design team to serve you.

Yes, we can provide free samples for you to test, you are more than welcome to request samples from us. And samples can be sent through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL, etc.

Generally it is 2~5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 5~10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.But we will arrange production and transportation for you as soon as possible.

We accept various payment methods including T/T. LC,DP, DA .
Payment <$5000, 100% TT in advance.
Payment ≥$5000, 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.

For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like Fedex, UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder (FOB price). Or if you don’t have one, we can quote you CIF price.

Samples are available for many standard products. Customized samples, decoration proofs or trial-mold samples may require additional time and cost.

MOQ varies by product, color, decoration method and whether a custom mold is required. Standard colors and existing products usually have lower entry quantities than fully customized projects.

Suitable material and documentation must be selected according to the filling product and destination market. Food-contact or chemical packaging suitability should be confirmed for the specific container, resin, closure and intended contents.

Yes. A custom project normally requires a technical review, structure confirmation, mold quotation, development timeline, trial samples and final approval before mass production.

Available methods may include in-mold labeling, screen printing, heat transfer, offset printing, pressure-sensitive labels and laser marking. The best option depends on the container shape, artwork, durability requirements and order quantity.

Please provide the filling product, required capacity, estimated order quantity, intended market, preferred material, closure type, color, decoration method, transport conditions and any certification or testing requirements.

Yes. Depending on the project, support can include existing-model customization, material and closure selection, custom colors, decoration, labeling, mold development, sampling and mass production.

UMETASS supplies PP buckets and pails, HDPE bottles, plastic jars, jerry cans and other rigid plastic containers. Available structures, capacities, materials and closures depend on the selected product series.

Communicate QC as a closed loop (incoming → in-process → fit/assembly → sealing validation → drop/stack → final inspection → traceability) and reinforce with ISO 9001’s focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement. 

Provide: contents & viscosity/volatility, capacity/shape, sealing vs convenience priority + lid preference, accessories, logistics method/orientation, color & recycled-content needs, decoration method/artwork complexity, annual volume & target lead time.
