In agrochemical and phytosanitary supply chains (pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides), packaging must do more than resist chemicals and prevent leakage. Two critical long-term risks are product migration and oxygen penetration. Multilayer COEX containers with EVOH (or similar) barrier layers are considered a suitable solution for storing phytosanitary products because they prevent product migration and prevent oxygen penetration.

1) Our Solution: HDPE/EVOH Multilayer COEX High-Barrier Structure

This series uses a multilayer COEX structure with HDPE outer layers + an EVOH barrier layer:

  • Outer HDPE layers: mechanical strength, impact resistance, and chemical resistance

  • EVOH barrier layer: EVOH is widely used as a high-barrier layer in multilayer packaging due to its very low oxygen permeability

  • Built for phytosanitary products: designed to address migration/permeation risks and improve long-cycle storage stability

2) Standard Sealing System: Tamper-Evident Screw Cap + Induction Foil Seal Liner

To improve safety and control across distribution, every bottle is supplied with:

  • Tamper-evident screw cap for clear opening evidence

  • Induction foil seal liner: during induction sealing, the foil bonds to the bottle finish while the backing remains in the cap as a secondary seal, improving leak protection and reseal experience

3) UN Supported Packaging Projects

Agrochemical exports may involve dangerous goods compliance. Under the UN system, packaging must be tested and meet UN requirements before it can be certified/authorized for dangerous goods transport. We support UN projects and can provide relevant documentation to streamline buyer audits and compliance alignment.

5) Series & Sizes: 10–1000ml Coverage

  • Series A: 10/20/30/50/100/200/250/300/500/700/800/1000ml

  • Series B: 100/200/300/500/1000ml

  • Series C: 200/250/300/400/500/1000ml

Standard configuration: HDPE/EVOH COEX bottle + tamper-evident screw cap + induction foil seal liner.
Note: Bottles come with no graduation marks for clean labeling and branding.
