What is COEX bottle?

We manufacture specialized barrier bottles through a process called "co-extrusion". Co-extrusion combines different types of plastic material together. This gives our bottles the strength necessary to contain aggressive chemicals (e.g. pesticides) that would otherwise deteriorate and deform other packaging solutions.

Multi Layers Work Together

Outer Layer

The outer layer is composed of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE makes our bottles strong, durable and lightweight. HDPE also protects the contents of our bottles from moisture.
Tie Layer

A tie or adhesive layer binds the outer and the inner barrier layers.
Barrier Layer

The function of the inner barrier layer is to protect the bottle contents from external agents (e.g. oxygen) which extends their shelf life. This barrier layer also resists aggressive chemicals that would otherwise deteriorate normal plastic packaging.
